GetLandy compliance with the GDPR

Article 4 paragraph 8 of the General Data Protection Regulation

"Processor" means the natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

Article 35 paragraph 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation

The processor must present sufficient guarantees to ensure the implementation of security and confidentiality measures (...). This requirement does not relieve the controller of its obligation to ensure compliance with these measures.

GetLandy is committed, as a subcontractor of the personal data collected on the forms of its customers' landing pages, to comply with the requirements of the GDPR for a better privacy of personal data.
